Signed A.R. Price 1902 + 'R.L.S' - also has further mark to paper alongside the signature of which I can only make out to say 'Dixon's'..?

Fantastic image in a decorative gilt wood frame.

Both the frame and painting are in good condition and colours are still vivid.
