Jacob Meyer (Denmark, 1895-1971) Winter Backyard Original Landscape Oil Painting

An original oil on canvas painting of a wintery backyard scene by Jacob Meyer, born in Copenhagen in 1895 and passed in 1971.

Meyer enrolled at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 1913 and exhibited regularly at Charlottenburg Palace in Copenhagen alongside the finest painters of his generation, as well as exhibiting in Rotterdam and Budapest. The V&A also holds an example of his work.
