An original oil painting on canvas antique early 20th century, perhaps earlier, and likely to be Danish.

Depicting a winter landscape scene which features a snow covered thatched cottage by a small church or softs amongst the trees.

In good overall condition with some wear and restoration to gilt frame and a tiny indent to canvas on the trees (view final photo)

Signed but is sadly illegible to me.. it seems to be W. E___nd ?
