17th Century Antique Middle Eastern Turkish Ottoman Tinned Copper Charger Tray

A large Ottoman tinned-copper tray produced in Turkey during the late 17th / early 18th century.

Of circular form with engraved decoration consisting of a central rosette medallion surrounded by concentric registers of interlocking straps and floriated scrollwork. More medallions, bow-shaped detailing, and a scrollwork banner form the the outer rings along with further engraving to the flat rim.

Diameter: 68.5 cm

Has bends to the rim and a small patch of over polishing (see last few photos)
