An exquisite bevelled shield mirror with facet detailing adorned with what seems to be a decorative button. I am unsure whether this addition was done for show or as a form of repair but it is positioned centrally and enhances the piece.

With manufactures label for 'Drew & Cadman Glass case Manufacturers 245 & 246 Holborn London' who were makers of glass cases, bank and office fittings, and all kinds of hard wood joinery with listings in newspapers from 1879-1881.

Thought to be yew wood but not certain.

In good overall condition with speckles of tarnish and faint scratches commensurate with age.
